Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA)

RYLA (for high school students who are currently a sophomore, junior, or senior) and Young RYLA (for students going into eighth grade) are leadership-training programs sponsored by Rotary International that promote, encourage and reward outstanding young people.

Rocky Mountain RYLA conferences are all-expenses paid six-day adventures that bring together young women and men from Colorado, Wyoming and western Nebraska.  The activities build confidence and leadership skills.

The Rotary Club of Parker sponsors high-school and middle-school students to attend the summer leadership conferences of the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) program.  The RYLA and Young RYLA programs are open to youth living in Parker.

Students who were sponsored to attend RYLA/Young RYLA conferences are invited to a club meeting to describe their experiences to us.
