The Rotary Club of Parker has a long-standing relationship with ShelterBox, an international organization that provides shelter-related supplies to locations that have suffered natural or human disasters. In response to the recent devastating earthquakes in Venezuela, the club sent $10,850 to ShelterBox to help them provide their boxes of supplies to people whose homes were destroyed or damaged. The funds came from
- donations from individual club members
- funds from the International Committee of the club
- matching funds from the club's Foundation.
