Have you gone for a long period of time without eating? Parhaps you have fasted in your life. Most of us have been well fed. Many  American Indian children, and the family that they belong to, have very little or no food and turn to the Denver Indian Center for help.  On September 21 our club took two vehicles full of food, contributed by our members and the Parker Task Force, to the Denver Indian Center food bank. This food will be carefully distributed to needy families over the next  month.

In August the Denver Southeast club delivered food to the DIC. Here are the clubs lined up to help: Lakewood Foothills in October; Denver Club in November and The Highlands Ranch Club in December. We expect to successfully recruit twelve Rotary Clubs to take a month each year around.

Thank you for your help with this effort!!!!"   Mike
