Chaparral High School - Student of the Month
Sydney, as senior at Chaparral High School, was honored at the May Student of the Month. Sydney is currently taking five AP classes and is Vice President of DECA, Secretary of the National Honor Society, a Lind Crew Leader, Captain of the girl’s tennis team, in the Rotary Interact Club and ranks number 2 in her class.
Sydney will probably be attending the School of Mines and major in Chemical Engineering. She would someday like to help find a cure for cancer.
After meeting Sydney, the Rotarians believe that Sydney will make a difference in the future!
Students are honored on a regular basis from Chaparral, Ponderosa and Lutheran High Schools. They receive their plaque at one of our meetings where Rotarians get to hear their stories of accomplishments. Congratulations to all of our students.
